Seminar on “Transformational Leadership for the New-Generation Workforce”
Do you have millennials in your team whom you find hard to manage? You are not alone. For close to a decade, managers have tried different ways to engage their young team members and coax them to perform in ways managers deem as “an acceptable employee”. No matter which approach they take, the process is often not pleasant.
In this sharing, Mr. Alvin Leung, General Manager of PERSOLKELLY Consulting, will share with you what the new- generation workforce values, their preferred leadership style and its four key elements. You will also have a chance to share and inspire each other in virtual breakout sessions, and devise creative implementation plans that will engage your younger workforce in your workplace.

About the Speaker:
Mr. Alvin Leung is the General Manager of PERSOLKELLY Consulting in Hong Kong, and Director of Learning Academy of PERSOLKELLY Consulting in APAC. Apart from his focus on company management, Alvin has continually been an active lead for his key clients on management advisory, talent and organisational development, with specialty in employee engagement and change management.
Alvin joined PERSOLKELLY Consulting in 2006. He was regarded a high-flyer and was promoted from Operations Director to General Manager. Alvin has been an avid L&D professional and possesses ample experience in hosting a wide variety of training workshops that range from change management, goal-setting, leadership, team building to diversity management training. As the Director of company’s Learning Academy in APAC, Alvin is often involved in designing region-wide courses that address corporate needs. In one of his management training modules, Alvin engaged more than 2000 managers from over 500 companies in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and other APAC countries. In terms of change management, Alvin also personally led several 6-month employee engagement programs for his key clients in the logistics, consumer goods and manufacturing sectors.
Alvin obtained his Masters of Science degree in Strategic Human Resources Management (distinction) from the Hong Kong Baptist University, and earned his Bachelor of International Business (Japan Studies) from the City University of Hong Kong.
