“The Future Project Manager”
The new digital economy and Internet of Things (IOT) have changed the traditional way of implementing projects. The essence of project management today is no longer the top down, command and control as used in the last century but is something more strategic and geared towards greater customer satisfaction than merely delivering a project.
This talk focuses on how to shape the project manager of tomorrow. What it means to be a new age project manager and the skills needed to deliver an outcome that demonstrates excellence towards both customers and internal stakeholders.
