Raymond is a seasoned executive and project director for 30 years and has held senior leadership positions for technology and system integration firms in Canada, Hong Kong and China. In addition, Raymond has extensive experience in corporate training and teaching in the fields of Project Management, Agile Approach & Business Analysis.
About the Topic:
“Optimising Agile Delivery from Requirements to Post-Implementation”
What if your business is in a dynamic environment where change is the norm, but the current ICT product development process seems inflexible in adapting to the changing needs? Have you ever led an ICT related product development project where time-to-market is one of the critical success factors and yet the requirements cannot be nailed down on day one? How do you work with the business stakeholders with reduced requirements documentation and yet able to gain their confidence that your end product will meet their business needs? Furthermore, with multiple releases, how should you manage and balance new development, quick fixes and minor enhancements?
This seminar aims to introduce an effective and practical approach to Agile Delivery with coverage of multiple perspectives throughout the Software Delivery Lifecycle including Business Analysis techniques, elaboration of User Requirements via User Stories, incorporation of Design Thinking Principles through to basic DevOps framework to handle future releases.
The speaker will also highlight what you need to know in order to prepare for your PMI-ACP & PMI-PBA exam.

As a seasoned executive and project director for 30 years, Raymond understands the significance of professional project management, business analysis, technical development methods and how these competencies are increasingly in high demand in any organizations. He has held senior positions such as Managing Director, General Manager, and Principal Consultant in technology and system integration firms in Canada, Hong Kong and China. He was a visiting lecturer at CUHK teaching Master’s level PM courses from 2006 to 2017. Raymond is very passionate about the professionalism in Project Management, Agile Approach & Business Analysis. He was one of the founders of PMI Hong Kong Chapter in 1997 and served as an Executive Committee Member of the Chapter from 1997-2013. He is the Past President of PMI Hong Kong Chapter.
