About the Topic:
“ITIL4 Update – A Best Practice in Service Management and Service Agility“
ITIL 4 was launched in February 2019. ITIL 4, as a widely adopted body of knowledge of IT Service Management, has evolved from previous versions by providing a practical and flexible basis to support organizations on their journey to the new world of digital transformation. ITIL 4 re-shapes much of the established ITSM practices in the wider context of customer experience; value streams and digital transformation; as well as embracing new ways of working, such as Lean, Agile, and DevOps.
This seminar will introduce the update about ITIL 4, the ITIL service value system and how agility is adopted in service management in ITIL4. It will also introduce the latest ITIL 4 certification scheme and bridging from ITIL v3.
