Mr. Chan is Managing Consultant from why-innovation! an international consultancy specialising in providing of consulting and training in the areas of process improvement, agility, change management and innovation to enterprises. He has 10+ years of consulting experience across multiple industries (Financial Services, Government, Telecommunications, Oil & Energy and Education) in Australia / Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Business Systems from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia and is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) & Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
About the Topic:
“Design Thinking Workshop – Discover the hidden opportunities in understanding others”
This interactive seminar will look to provide participants with a foundational understanding of the principles and mindset of Design Thinking and the user-centered design process. It will present techniques such as observation, customer journeys and personas which can be used to discover the hidden opportunities in understanding others and their needs. It will also explain how to define and reframe the problems, and to conduct sessions to find innovative & sustainable solutions.
