Knowledge Sharing Topic: Digital Transformation in ABCD & What’s in it for Project Managers?
Digital Transformation in ABCD (AI, Blockchain, Cloud, Data Analytics) and Experience centric frameworks such as Agile and Design Thinking had been explored, implemented and adopted with increasing number of projects in Hong Kong and APAC countries. Yet results and feedback have been mixed for the overall effectiveness while demand for PMPs remain solid for most projects.
Is Digital Transformation a hype, fad or future? What ABCD projects might take off during the recent challenging time for PMPs to lead and manage? What are some best practice and lesson learnt to make new frameworks adopt better in Hong Kong, a cosmopolitan city where East meets West with diversity alongside local culture? What areas could be of interests to further PMP’s career in this new digital era?
