Synopsis
Scrum Master (SM) is a relatively light-weight role compared to traditional Project Manager (PM). SM is also a leader who adapts to the environment to lead effectively and focus on value-adding activities. The leadership traits include:
- Being Agile: focusing on cornerstones of agile project management, like incremental delivery, continuous integration, and adapting to changing requirements
- Doing Agile: do less; speed-to-value, quality, engage and inspire team
How nice if we can apply SM role in both Agile and Waterfall projects!
This 1-day workshop will equip SM/PM with right skills to implement projects, motivate team members and maximize the return on investment. We can then run projects differently in a more adaptive manner.
