Synopsis

Traditional problem-solving methods no longer work in today’s dynamic, AI-driven world. PMPs must adopt high-order thinking to manage complex challenges from different perspectives. This course introduces critical thinking frameworks and AI-enhanced decision-making techniques to help PMPs tackle problems at a deeper level. Prof. Dr. Kelvin Wan is a professional master-trainer and corporate coach and in IT/IS field with over 25 years of experience. He has provided live training and coaching to more than 19,000 executives across the U.S., U.K., Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Greater Bay Area (GBA) regions, specializing in soft skills, methodologies, and company strategies. On average, his learners have 15 years of professional experience.
