Description
Project stakeholders may study the PMBOK® Guide for the PMP examination purpose rather than using it. Non-PMP may find the PMBOK® Guide too theoretical with new terms to which they can hardly understand. This course enables participants to learn and practice important parts of the project management methodology. We shall use a lateral approach to unhidden features and functions of the PMBOK® Guide.
Participants will acquire hands-on experience in applying new concepts and techniques in a project team environment.
