PMI HK Chapter Member Event 2024
Dear PMI HK Chapter Members,
You are cordially invited to join our networking session to be held on 14 March 2024. It is a free on-site event open to PMI Hong Kong Chapter members.
During this event, we will take the opportunity to extend a warm welcome to the new members who have joined us recently. Besides, we will provide an update to our members about the planned chapter events this year.
In addition, there will be a special 30-minute presentation on the topic of “Working with Digital Native” (to be delivered by Ms. Lilian Ho, Lecturer of Hong Kong Metropolitan University)

About the Seminar:
Working with Digital Native
As the page turns on another decade, a new generation rises to the challenge of navigating the ever-evolving labour market: Digital Native, born between mid-1990s the early 2010s, also known as Generation Z. Are we ready to give them a welcome arm or see them as an “invasion” to the workforce?
About the Speaker:
Ms. Lilian Ho MBA, MABR, Lecturer, Hong Kong Metropolitan University Trainer, PMI Hong Kong Chapter Co-founder, Laundry Blue Company Ltd. |
Lilian Ho has been an entrepreneur, lecturer and training consultant for the past 25 years. She led lectures and workshops focused on business management, marketing strategic planning and customer service. Lilian co-founded Laundry Blue, an industrial cleaning company and successfully won a 5-year contract with The Hong Kong Theme Park. Prior to this position, Lilian has done consulting work in varies cities including Toronto, Shanghai, Dubai and Hong Kong.
Lilian holds a Postgraduate degree in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology as well as a Master in Applied Business Research. She’s pursuing her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with SBS Swiss Business School.
