About Topic:
How to set up project management process in an early-stage startup?
Is project management different in early-stage startups? How should you set up project management process while you are one of the first 10 employee, there is (almost?) no business nor process, and you are the only person with a project management experience and/or responsibilities? More importantly, how do you do that not only without impacting the creativity and drive of the organization, but while increasing its efficiency and output?
During this sharing, you will learn the specificities of a startup environment regarding project management, and how to maximize the value of the organization with project management. You will also learn that there are similarities between startup projects and corporate projects. You will come out with a better understanding of how to address your work in a startup context, whether you plan a carrier shift or want to learn how to better interact with startups.
About Speaker:
Mr. Hugues Hallot
After 13 years of experience in management consulting and having led the projects of a blockchain start-up and its incubation hub, Hugues is now investing in early-stage start-ups for the fully funded venture capital arm of a single-family office in Hong Kong. He also advises start-ups on their management, business plan and funding strategy.
Hugues have a proven track record in setting up and applying plans to develop and introduce new organisations, operations and products, setting up and scaling structures and businesses, and incubating ideas into companies.
