Dr. Shinyi Carol Lin is the distinguished professor currently serving as the Dean of the College of Management at National Taichung University of Education (NTCU) since July 2020.In addition to her role as Dean, Dr. Lin is an Honorary Consultant for the “Central Taiwan Women’s Power Forum” under the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation and serves as the President of PMI Taiwan, the Taiwanese chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI), for the term 2025-2026. She is also an Honorary Vice President of Tongji University, Taiwan Chapter, for the 2024-2025 term.

Yaravi is an experienced professional with more than 25 years of experience in leadership of transformations, changes, projects, programs, and strategic portfolios. Social and digital entrepreneur, she is also a best seller author, on leadership topics. She is dedicated to help organizations transition and adopt accelerated paths of digital transformation and AI. Yaravi has a degree in Computer Science, MBA, PMP. Among others, she is specialized in:
1. Strategic Project Management, Agile Project Management, both from Berkeley University.
2. Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 at Virginia University.
3. Organizational Transformation from Berkeley University, HaaS College.
4. AI and the Future of Work and organizations, de Lund University, Sweeden Her professional experience ranges from software programming roles to PMO leadership of strategic transformation initiatives: first at a Latin American level and then at the global level. In these roles, she implemented strategies and programs for the cultural transformation of people and leaders, digitalization, automation, AI, Big Data, Machine Learning, citizen development, among others. In her role as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of the Panama Canal, he designed and implemented the digital and business transformation path of this organization, with results reflected in the growth in annual net revenues. In addition, she has been a PMI volunteer for more than 15 years, and PMI’s Master Class Alumni. She is the founder of communities such as @Agiles Panama, Women in Agile, Data Science Community, Heart of Agile Panama and is a jury member of the PMO Global Awards. Yaravi is the regional mentor for PMI LATAM R13 North. In 2023, she was elected Chief Digital Officer of the Year, Latin America, thanks to her transformative role in the Panama Canal, by the CIONET Iberoamerica network. Tao Chun Liu, a PMI Global Summit Speaker 2024 and PMI AI SME, is a recognized authority in AI and Agile project management. With seven years of AI and eight years of Agile experience, he has led over 2,500 sprints as an Agile coach and Scrum Master, completed multimillion-dollar projects, and delivered 50+ Gen AI workshops and 30+ international talks on AI and Agile. Tao also holds PMP, AHPP, and DASSM credentials.

An expert in digital transformation and AI integration, Tao collaborates with organizations to refine project management strategies for the Generative AI and Project Economy era. Ts. Jason Cheong, PMP, PMO-CP is an IT Program Specialist with experience in project management and program facilitation, focusing on driving strategic initiatives within the PMO framework. With a professional background that includes managing diverse projects and engaging stakeholders, he is passionate about advancing Program Management Office (PMO) practices and delivering results that align with organizational goals.

In addition to his professional work, Jason has been an active volunteer with the PMI Malaysia Chapter since 2022, contributing to initiatives that support the project management community. TSinyi holds a Master’s degree in HR and is a member of PMI and ICF. With 18 years of PMP, she has successfully led 100+ projects and programs. Sinyi is also certified as an Agile Hybrid Project Pro, Prosci Change Management, and Micrsoft Six Sigma Green Belt II. She is currently pursuing ICF PCC through ICA.

In 2024, Sinyi was recognized by LinkedIn as a Top Voice in Program and Project Management. As a former Asia Director with Microsoft, Sinyi has received global Gold Club Award and The Leader Award in her 16+ years with Microsoft. With her strong passion on start-up and PM, she is estalishing PM Lab, planning to be launched in 2025, offering customized services in teaching, consulting, and coaching with an mission to support corporate professionals achieveing their goals effectively while making good things happen in life and career.

Outside of her entrepreneurial pursuits, Sinyi is a proud mother of two, a sponsor of 20 children in need through World Vision, in addition to 16 who have become independent, a career mentor to World Vision Every Dream Matters program, an university lecture, and a columnist writing under the pen name Mrs. MAMAA.

Priscila Z. Vendramini Mezzena is a seasoned Project Manager and Product Owner with extensive expertise in architecture, construction, IT projects, and product development. David Driesbach is the Assistant Vice President for Research at Florida International University (FIU), where he has been a key architect of the university’s research, financial, and faculty success infrastructures. David has led numerous transformative projects, designing and implementing innovative systems that support compliance, streamline operations, and enhance faculty productivity. Since earning his PMP in 2013, he has further solidified his expertise in project management, contributing to FIU’s position as a leader in research and academic excellence.

In addition to his role at FIU, David serves as the Vice President of Education for PMI South Florida. He is spearheading a 2025 initiative aimed at expanding PMI’s presence and fostering community engagement across diverse industries and communities in South Florida. This initiative focuses on aligning project management principles with local needs to address critical community issues, while promoting professional development and collaboration.

David is also a prominent leader in national initiatives that advance research and education. As a co-leader of the Research Computing and Data Community through Educause, he works with academic leaders across the country to tackle challenges in research cyberinfrastructure and promote technological innovation in higher education. David is also a participant in the Federal Demonstration Partnership (FDP), a consortium in the United States that simplifies the administration of federally funded research. As part of this effort, he is co-leading the Research Profile Optimization Study (RPOS), which aims to improve how researcher profile information is managed for US federal funding applications. By collecting data on existing systems and workflows across the US federally funded research ecosystem, RPOS seeks to provide actionable recommendations to enhance research efficiency and compliance across the academic community.
