Effective communication skills are vital for Project Managers as they need to facilitate clear understanding, seamless collaboration, and efficient problem-solving. Project Managers must articulate goals, expectations, and timelines, ensuring team members are aligned and motivated. Clear communication fosters a positive work environment, reduces misunderstandings, and enhances stakeholder relationships.

About the Speaker:

Mr. Shafraz Rifai

Shafraz Rifai is a seasoned finance professional with over 20+ years of Banking and Finance experience in an International Bank with expertise in Regulatory Compliance, Financial Crime Compliance, Operational Risk Management and ESG | Sustainable Financing. He is also the 2022-2023 Toastmasters International, District 89 – Table Topics Champion of Public Speaking in the South China Region comprising of 100+ clubs across Hong Kong, Macau, Fujian, Hainan and part of Guangdong, China.
Shafraz holds an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University in United Kingdom. He enjoys Cross-fit training and reading is at his leisure and currently resides in Hong Kong.
