About Topic
Intercultural Management skill empowers the Project Managers and Leaders to work in a multicultural environment. These skills are crucial for various aspects of project communication and management such as managing the teams, negotiation with vendors, working with service providers etc. This talk lays a foundation to understand culture theories and its application to Project Management for success.
About the Speaker:
Mr. Ameesh Kumar, PMP, PMI-ACP
Ameesh currently working as Program Manager with Morgan Stanley has over 22 years of professional experience working for multi-national companies such as HSBC, Citibank, and State Street. He has lived and worked in India, Japan and Hong Kong with people from diverse cultures. This developed his interest in intercultural communication and management. He has conducted similar workshops for The University of Hong Kong on Communication and Intercultural management. Apart from being a certified Project Management Professional, he has also completed courses and certification on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Positive Intelligence and Leadership.
