Due to unforeseen circumstances and foreseeable chaotic traffic condition in areas near Admiralty, the PMI HK Chapter 2019 Annual General Meeting will be relocated to a different venue, please see below for revised details. About the Topic :
There has been much talk and debate on building a better Hong Kong, reducing the wealth inequality, addressing social exclusion and working towards a sustainable environment for the next generation. However putting ideas into practice and making genuine change & progress continues to be a challenge. Proving that actions do speak louder than words and that it is possible to make a difference, our guest speaker will share on the vision, work, research that has been undertaken in the area of Social Entrepreneurship and the positive & long-lasting impact that this has had our youth, our community and society at large.
About the Speaker : Mr. CA Tse (Tse Sze Hei)
Mr. CA Tse is one of the board of director of Fullness Social Enterprises Society (FSES). He has been an active member since 2013 and has taken up various important responsibilities in motivating his peers and younger members to serve the community and promote Social Entrepreneurship movement in Hong Kong.
Since 2014, he has played an instrumental role in introducing and leading the Social Entrepreneurship School Education (SEnSE) Program. This program has reached over 200 schools and 20,000 students, collaborated with more than 50 social enterprises and achieved a major milestone with successful grant prototype funding from Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development (SIE) fund.
In addition, Mr. Tse is committed to serve youth through education. Over the past 10 years, he has led numerous educational projects, undertaken academic research (related to social entrepreneurship, youth leadership development), co-authored a book on Social Entrepreneurship and is a regular columnist for AM730 & HKnet.
Mr. Tse graduated from CUHK majoring in Cultural Studies, holds a MA degree in Gender Studies and is currently studying towards a doctoral degree on transformative leadership.
