PMI Hong Kong Chapter – Call for Nomination for Executive Committee Members 2019 – 2021

Dear PMI Hong Kong Chapter Members,

In 2019, members of the PMI Hong Kong Chapter (PMIHK) will elect sixteen (16) Executive Committee members to serve PMIHK for a two-year term, from July 2019 to June 2021.

The nomination period is from April 01, 2019 (9:00 am HK time) to April 30, 2019 (5:00pm HK time) inclusive. Please grab the chance to nominate eligible PMIHK members whom you considered as capable to succeed in the positions.

To nominate, please email the completed Nomination Form together with a vision statement and biographical description of the Nominee, in MS word format, to the Nomination Committee Chair (ncchair@pmi.org.hk) on or before April 30, 2019 (5:00 pm HK time). 

The Nominating Committee Chair will inform all eligible candidates and will place the information of eligible candidates on the ballot by May 7, 2019. The voting period is from 09:00 am HK time on May 8, 2019 to 5:00pm HK Time on Jun 6, 2019.  Separate announcement to vote will be posted.

Election results will be announced at the PMIHK Annual General Meeting on June 20, 2019. The concerned details will be announced later.

Please take note that, while you cannot nominate yourself, you can cast a vote for yourself, the candidate.
