PMI Hong Kong Chapter is proud to introduce Dr. Paul Lu as our guest speaker to share with us the captioned topic. Dr. Lu is the Director, Customer Support, Asia of Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation which specializes in the design and development of business aircrafts.

About the Topic:
Have you been late on your project and just can’t manage the critical path?  Do you get frustrated managing project team members who just can’t get their tasks done on time? Have you tried to do better on the next project just to get the same results?  If you are managing your projects the same way over and over again, what makes you think you will get a different result?
Critical Chain Project Management may be a viable solution in helping to break the chain of the constant project delays, cost overruns, and not meeting the project scope.
In this session, an introduction of Critical Chain Project Management will be presented.  There will also be hands on exercise to demonstrate the difference between the conventional project management methods and the Critical Chain project management methods.
