About the Topic:
"Leading & Leveraging on Change in a Turbulent world"

Most organizations are in a state of change. The difference between success and failure depends not only on helping executives adapt to change, but also in creating an environment that fosters professional growth. A successful entrepreneurial executive always searches for change, responds to it, and exploits it as an opportunity, in a diversified internal and external environment.
Some of the topics which will be discussed include:
  • How to cope with the resistance to change?
  • How to ride on the accelerator of change?
  • How to create innovative culture for change?
  • What are the key steps of effective change management?
